What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public transportation location.

* Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and activities according to post guidelines.

* Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.

* Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and public spaces to help support authorized access practices and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.

* Interact professionally with passengers, visitors, and staff while providing directions, answering questions, and helping to address security-related concerns at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
