Security Officer Driving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and public areas, assisting with crowd management, directing foot traffic, and addressing suspicious behavior in accordance with post instructions.;
Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel and public agency representatives, completing routine reports, and following Allied Universal protocols for incident response and escalation.
