Security Officer

Security Officer (Full Time) – Milwaukee, WI

Wage: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

We are seeking customer-service driven individuals for security positions. We have dedicated Region and Area Management Support staff to foster your growth and advancement.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Customer‑service background preferred.
• Security, law‑enforcement, or military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals calmly and professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and alertness throughout the shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in the company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances and exits.
• Contribute to patrols inside and outside the client’s premises, in various weather conditions and terrains.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
