Security Specialist

Shift: Start times between 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Ability to work some first shift hours.

Wage: $20.60

Provides service and security functions for Lands' End properties. As a Security Specialist you will provide service and security functions at the Dodgeville complex. Must also respond to medical and fire emergency situations in an urgent manner.

• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating or call‑in basis. Also overtime when necessary.
• Excellent human relations skills and ability to handle confidential subject matter.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Log incidents in a timely manner as incidents occur and relay information to the dispatcher.
• Monitor Fire & Alarm system physical status.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision and adhere to work schedules.
• Excellent attendance mandatory; punctuality mandatory. 24‑hour coverage needed with minimal staff.
• Take an active role in company safety programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, telephone technique, and the ability to effectively interact externally and internally.
• Valid driver’s license required with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete first‑aid training.
• Experience with PC programs including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have a strong computer background.
