As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Lobby Guard in Milwaukee, this role offers reliable, consistent hours at a designated site, with the flexibility for extra shifts to increase earnings.

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six‑month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and front desk support activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify visitor check‑in processes, issue access credentials as directed, and communicate with building personnel regarding arrivals, deliveries, and any service requests.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report details through site protocols and Allied Universal procedures.
• Support daily operations by answering questions, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, monitoring phones and/or desk communications, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicant will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicant will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
