• Class D Wisconsin unarmed security license REQUIRED
• VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English
• Must be interested in and able to work a foot patrol post requiring walking for at least half of the shift as an inside guard in a Walmart store.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive and operate a company vehicle safely as driving half of the shift is required.
• Applicant must have good customer service skills and the ability to interact and communicate proactively with associates and customers.
• Must be observant and able to report any activity that could be described as unusual, criminal or liability related.

A Signal Patrol Officer role encompasses all dedicated requirements but varies from the below in duty specifically in a faster pace, time management and performing randomized but planned patrols of multiple sites throughout the shift. All duties listed below are minimum requirements – additional duties listed in the site’s Post Orders are requirements as well.

• Standing or walking for extended periods;
• Responding quickly to threats or emergencies;
• Completing incident reports;
• Maintaining situational awareness;
• Operating security technology; and
• In the case of a Patrol Officer or Dedicated vehicle post: driving a patrol vehicle on a scheduled patrol cycle for specific durations with limited idle times.

A Signal Dedicated Guard will conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all required access points are properly secured and to ensure protection of property and residents with a high degree of attentiveness to details and safety. • Team Development: Communicate with Clients, team members and management effectively and in a timely manner, receiving and relaying feedback and executing follow up as needed. Can you work cohesively with a team, delivering on key objectives?
• Project Management: Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivering services that meet the needs of the business. Can you complete your daily assigned tasks and communicate maintenance needs of company assets?

• Will conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company’s values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
