As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Milwaukee, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving patrol officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that puts people first.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and/or distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving zones, warehouses, and perimeter access points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control, traffic flow, and/or vehicle checkpoint activities for employees, contractors, deliveries, and/or guests while following Allied Universal standards and site‑specific expectations.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, and/or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
