Join our dynamic team as a contract security services Account Manager in Milwaukee, WI, where you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional performance on-site for one of our key accounts. You’ll handle client issues, communicate with key contacts, and build strong relationships to enhance the client’s security services. Your responsibilities include updating business databases, reviewing compliance, managing billing, analyzing data, and preparing reports.

You'll also guide our customers through projects and deliver detailed presentations, showcasing your expertise in security services.

Your Responsibilities as an Account Manager
  • Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
  • Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local Garda World Branch Teams.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and employees.
  • Coach, develop, and lead a security team to succeed in a corporate environment.
  • Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
  • Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
  • Ability to deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
  • Ensure MSA compliance at the site level.
  • Develop and evaluate security plans (as needed)
  • Manage billing and payroll systems at the site level.
  • Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
  • Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to pass an extensive screening process
  • Scheduling experience mandatory
  • Supervisory experience mandatory
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in security operations, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.
  • Corporate Security Leadership experience preferred

  • Good at building relationships, communicating, and paying attention to details.
  • Professional, self-driven, and skilled in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Skilled in writing reports, client communications, and instructional materials.
  • Experienced in financial planning and understanding profit margins.
  • Good at handling challenges and managing stress effectively.
  • Excellent at written and verbal communication, customer service, and project management.
