Job Summary

Landmark Credit Union Live, part of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a part‑time Security team member for its concert season. The role involves screening guests, monitoring venue access, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and staff.

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, guests, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.
• Operate walkthrough metal detectors, hand wands, and other equipment to screen individuals and check bags, preventing prohibited articles from entering the venue.
• Conduct patrols of the building on a regular basis and respond to all security and safety related calls in a timely manner.
• Exhibit exemplary conduct and appearance while on duty, circulate among guests and/or employees to preserve safety and order, and assist guests in navigating the venue.
• Comply with department performance, conduct, attendance standards, and all legal and ethical instructions provided by Security Supervisors and the Manager of Security.
• Adhere to Security department policies and procedures, investigate incidents, compile accurate reports, and complete all assigned tasks within specified guidelines and deadlines.
• Interact with patrons, vendors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner, and uphold venue policies while escalating concerns to management in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to represent the Security Department in an exemplary manner.
• Ability to perform under pressure without loss of composure.
• Ability to memorize, recollect, and retrieve relevant information quickly.
• Ability to interact calmly with angry or emotional patrons and employees during intense circumstances.
• Physical capability to walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs., reach, pull, push, grasp, and drag as required by the job.
