Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following security-related procedures, access protocols, and site-specific policies at a technology-focused financial services location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, technology areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or site concerns.;
Monitor access points and verify credentials as assigned, helping to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations through clear reports and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
