Froedtert Health - - Responsibilities:
Staff the 24-hour Security Operations Center (SOC).;
Manage emergency and non-emergency communications from security staff, hospital staff, law enforcement, visitors, and other emergency services via radio, telephone, computer, email, camera, in-person, or other mediums.;
Provide customer service, multi-line phone management, and CAD documentation.;
Communicate effectively and timely with internal and external stakeholders.;
Perform other duties as assigned.
