Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Armed in Milwaukee, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond to situations with professionalism and sound judgment. You will support patients, visitors, and staff through exceptional customer service and clear communication.

Minimum 3 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Job Schedule- Mon 01:30 PM - 09:00 PM
- Tue 01:30 PM - 09:00 PM
- Fri 01:30 PM - 09:00 PM
- Sat 07:00 AM - 01:30 PM
- Sun 07:00 AM - 01:30 PM
- Provide customer service to patients, donors, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a healthcare plasma collection location.
- Maintain an armed security-related presence in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific procedures.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, requesting additional assistance when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Document incidents, observations, and response actions accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Possess at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
