Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of business areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures;
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and incident documentation, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
