Flooring Foreman – Lead High‑Quality Commercial & Industrial Flooring Projects!About the Role
Painters USA is seeking an experienced Flooring Foreman to lead commercial and industrial flooring crews across Wisconsin. This leadership role requires strong technical flooring knowledge, the ability to coordinate job‑site activities, and a commitment to delivering top‑tier workmanship, safety, and efficiency on every project.
What You’ll Do- Lead and supervise flooring crews on commercial/industrial job sites
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks, staging, and project sequencing
- Oversee installation of flooring systems (epoxy/urethane coatings, polished concrete, urethane cement, resurfacing, safety striping, etc.)
- Ensure high‑quality surface preparation: grinding, shot blasting, patching, moisture testing, and crack repair
- Train and mentor installers and craftsmen in proper techniques and safety standards
- Communicate job progress, material needs, and challenges to project management
- Operate and oversee proper use of flooring equipment (grinders, polishers, mixers, vacuums, etc.)
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Ensure projects meet timelines, quality expectations, and safety requirements
- 6+ years of commercial or industrial flooring installation experience, including leadership or crew‑lead responsibilities
- Strong understanding of flooring tools, prep processes, and advanced installation methods
- Ability to supervise crews, delegate tasks, and maintain project flow
- Reliable, professional, and safety‑focused
- Comfortable working in commercial/industrial environments and variable job sites
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- Willingness to travel and work varied shifts depending on project schedules
