Field Service Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Technician, based in Milwaukee, WI, with some flexibility for remote work. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing hands‑on repairs, and ensuring timely resolution. Additionally, the role involves conducting routine maintenance checks, training end-users on equipment operation, and maintaining documentation for all service activities.

The position requires close collaboration with technical and client support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical details effectively to clients
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in using tools and technology to diagnose and resolve issues
• Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to industry standards
• Proficient in documenting service reports and maintaining records
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on‑site visits
• Technical certification or associate degree in a related field is preferred
• Prior field service experience is an asset but not mandatory
