As a Field Service Technician II for Donaldson Filtration Services you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing compressed air and dust collection systems. This role supports multiple industries including manufacturing, mining, agriculture, and the power industries. Primary geographic responsibility is Eastern Wisconsin and Minnesota, with possible extension to Illinois, Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Overnight travel expectations are 25% and a company vehicle will be provided.

The position can be based anywhere in greater Milwaukee and surrounding areas.

• Assist with scheduled, unscheduled preventative maintenance and general maintenance services on compressed air and industrial ventilation systems.
• Provide logistics support to service operations.
• Assist to maintain a clean and efficient workplace.
• Continually enforce safety to the highest standards.
• Work in diverse conditions including varying industrial noise, weather, ladders and aerial lifts, airborne dust and debris, and electrical exposure.
• Perform physical tasks such as walking, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 10 lbs, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lifting more than 50 lbs.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of industrial or related experience.
• Intermediate experience with operational systems and practices.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to wear a respirator.
• Must pass physical requirements evaluation.

• Ability to travel, including overnight (estimated 25%).
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Mechanical knowledge.
• General industrial maintenance experience.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification provided by Donaldson.

Hourly Pay Range: $24 - $33 per hour, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills. This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
