About the Role

Wenger Construction is looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our Commercial Roofing Division. As a Commercial Roofer, you’ll be part of a skilled team that installs and repairs flat roofing systems on commercial buildings.

We’re looking for someone with construction experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to craftsmanship. You’ll work as part of a supportive crew that values teamwork, communication, and doing the job right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the installation and repair of commercial flat roofing systems

· Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup

· Utilize hand and power tools to repair and replace roofing materials

· Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe jobsite at all times

· Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently

· Learn and apply new skills related to commercial roofing tools and techniques

· Assist in heavy lifting and the installation of roofing components

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

· Minimum of 2 years of construction experience required

· Commercial flat roofing experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

· Proficiency with hand and power tools used in roofing and construction

· Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes

· Valid driver’s license required

· Willingness to travel (not overnight)

· Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various outdoor conditions

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screen, and physical).
