** Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician in Milwaukee, WI!

We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for two of our affordable housing communities in Milwaukee, McKinley School Apartments (39-units) and Washington Park Town Homes (40-units). Bring your expertise to a team that appreciates your contributions and supports your growth, apply today and move your maintenance career forward!
** What You'll Do:
*** Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
* Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
* Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
* Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
* Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
* Communicate with vendors and contractors.
** What You'll Bring:
*** Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
* Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
* Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
