What You’ll Get- $35–$40/hour based on experience

- Supervise field crews and maintain project timelines
- Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crews
- Train and support technicians in the field
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Troubleshoot installation and system issues as needed
- Maintain OSHA and company safety standards
- Complete installation reports and documentation
- Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment remain job‑site ready
- Projects located throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana
- Commercial HVAC new construction experience
- Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred
- EPA Certification or Universal EPA Certification required
- Kentucky Journeyman License preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and electrical components
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Ability to travel regionally for projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage crews effectively
