We are seeking skilled carpenters with solid experience in at least two construction phases. The ideal candidates will have the knowledge and ability to perform rough carpentry tasks, including material identification and cutting, floor and wall layout construction, and installation of various elements such as rafters, roof trusses, and sheeting. Candidates should also be adept at exterior finishes, including the installation of doors, windows, and a variety of siding and roofing materials.

Additionally, proficiency in interior finishes such as insulation, drywall, painting, staining, and installation of doors, cabinets, countertops, and flooring is required. Maintaining a high level of quality, cleanliness, and organization on job sites is essential. We value candidates who are eager to learn and willing to tackle both familiar and unfamiliar tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough carpentry tasks including material identification, cutting, and layout construction.
• Install rafters, roof trusses, and sheeting for floors, walls, and roofs.
• Execute exterior finishes with various siding and roofing materials.
• Complete interior finishes including insulation, drywall, painting, and installation of doors, cabinets, countertops, and flooring.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites to eliminate hazards.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
