Our client, an industry leader in facility management and building operations, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Maintenance Technician 3 to join their team. As a vital part of the maintenance department supporting various operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within our organization.

Location:

Milwaukee, WI

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues efficiently and safely.
• Conduct inspections of building infrastructure, including roofing, fire safety systems, and structural elements.
• Collaborate with team members and external vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed.

• 5-7 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various site locations as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
