We are seeking a trustworthy In-Home Service Technician who takes pride in a job well done. If you are coachable, hard-working, independent and have a strong ability to build instant rapport with customers, you could be a great fit.

At Dryer Vent Wizard of North MKE, you will be a key member of our company and an important part of the only international franchise company focused exclusively on dryer vent cleaning, repair, installation, and maintenance. We have built a stellar reputation over the past 12 years in Milwaukee and the W.O.W. counties and we are looking to grow even further!

• Professional:
  Present yourself in a professional manner at all times:
  Uniforms and appropriate personal grooming required
• Friendly:
  Demonstrate a great attitude and demeanor with each customer
• Attendative:
  Uncover customer issues, properly diagnose the causes, and confidently solve their problems (FULL training included)
• Efficient and Organized:
  Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Roof Work:
  If you are not comfortable working on standard pitched roofs, please DO NOT apply
• Ladder Work:
  Must be comfortable moving and working independently on ladders 6 foot to 28 foot
• Attendative:
  Work efficiently AND willing to take the time needed to ensure the job is done correctly
• Punctual:
  We respect our customers by arriving within our allotted time and communicating our arrivals

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass all screenings - NO Smoking during hours for any reason
• Comfortable working with tools and willingness to learn visualizing venting solutions
• General or basic construction knowledge is helpful, but not necessary
• Must be able to transport service vehicles safely and legally between job sites.
• Physical ability to work in crawl spaces, tighter areas, on ladders, roofs and attics
• Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
• Excellent communication skills and personality
• Professional appearance wearing approved uniform

At Dryer Vent Wizard, we take pride in our work and our purpose - ensuring the safety of our customers. Come join our team and start making a difference. PS. We will provide full training. No specific experience required. However, we work in closets, attics, on roofs and ladders, in crawl spaces and laundry rooms that are too small. We do require a signed non-compete agreement.

However, we Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
