Maintenance Supervisor-Property Management

Our client,a Property Management firm is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have residential maintenance experience, HVAC and have a good work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Pay Range: $66-75/k*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Supervise, mentor, and manage the maintenance staff; communicate assignments and expectations.

+ Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, carpentry, appliances, and other building systems.

+ Perform preventative maintenance such as filter changes, power washing, and equipment upkeep

+ Assist in emergency situations (e.g., no heat, flooding, power outage).

** What's Needed?*
* + Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.

+  Minimum of three years' general residential maintenance experience

+ Proficient computer skills, including property management software and Microsoft Office.

+ Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

+ Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to work on-call, weekends, and after-hours as scheduled.

+ Three or more years of supervisory experience required.

+ Takes ownership, motivates others, sets an example, and addresses challenges directly.
