Facilities Maintenance Technician

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance on various mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation;
Address facility maintenance needs, including plumbing, pipe fitting, rebuilding pumps, and basic mechanical system servicing;
Carry out low-voltage electrical repairs and basic electrical maintenance tasks;
Perform HVAC-related maintenance and repairs as needed to support facility comfort and functionality;
Complete general building maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, and carpentry work;
Collaborate with the facilities team to plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
Troubleshoot equipment and system issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions;
Record all maintenance activities accurately, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections;
Support service work in commercial and industrial facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations;
Follow safety procedures and best practices while working with tools, equipment, and building systems
