Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship Program

Quad is seeking motivated individuals to join our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship Program in West Allis. This program combines paid, hands-on training with related instruction to develop the skills needed to maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.

What You'll Gain

Training Includes

Safety & Operations: OSHA standards, tools, and equipment operation

Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors
Hydraulics & Pneumatics:
System components, troubleshooting, repair
Installation & Setup:
Rigging, alignment, equipment start-up
Maintenance:
Preventive and predictive diagnostics
Machining & Fabrication:
Shop equipment, welding, and basic metalwork

Program Details

8,000-hour structured apprenticeship
Includes paid related instruction
Hands-on mentoring in a manufacturing environment
