This is a 183 Union position – open to non‑union employees who can be organized but must have 10+ years experience in the sprinkler fitting industry.
Requirements- Will be on the on‑call rotation.
- Will be in company van.
- Responsible for completing service jobs and paperwork daily.
- As Foreman you must have completed the 5‑year apprenticeship program or have equivalent experience in a non‑union company.
- Candidates must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. The ability to drive to job sites/work locations may be a requirement of this position. A motor vehicle record (MVR) check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
- Understanding and communicating with customers on their needs.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Ability to run a project.
- Knowledgeable in NFPA 25 & 13.
