Where Is The Work

Field-based:
Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

• Responsible for end‑to‑end testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
• Serves as direct customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations or the Rental Services depot.
• Coordinates with team leader and customer to precisely understand requirements for all on‑site installation and repairs by extensively examining building layouts, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on‑site work.
• Uses cutting‑edge software and technology with a variety of hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company‑issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.
• Maintains flexibility to work overtime and weeks as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2‑5 years of experience in commercial HVAC, or an equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a handheld computer (Smartphone, iPad).
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years (e.g., DUI, hit‑and‑run, license suspension, reckless or careless driving).
• EPA Certification preferred (HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, Gas Installer, etc.).

• Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt.
• Must wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness, and safety boots.
• Must twist the trunk of the body 90 degrees in each direction.
• Must squat and touch the floor with both hands.
• Must reach hands over the head.
• Must stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods, routinely up to 4 hours.
• Must use a ladder with a 375 lb. total weight limit while carrying equipment of 50 lb. or less.
• Must maneuver confined access areas as small as 30" vertical × 45" horizontal.
• Must access rooftops with extension and/or fixed ladders at heights of 15–20 ft., occasionally up to 50 ft.
• Position may be exposed to variable weather, moving mechanical parts, heights, electrical shock risk, and noisy operating equipment.

Hourly: $23.80 – $43.85. Additional benefits may vary by region.
