Field Service Technician | PLCs, Controls & Automation, Mechanical Join an Industry-Leading Employee-Owned Manufacturer

We’re partnering with a highly respected, employee‑owned manufacturer that has been an industry leader for decades. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Field Service Technician to support equipment startups, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training throughout North America.

• Commission and start up industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot PLCs, controls, and electrical systems
• Support installations and preventive maintenance
• Train customers and provide technical support
• Travel throughout the U.S. (primarily domestic)

• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Experience with industrial automation systems
• Willingness to travel extensively

• HMIs and VFDs
• Startup/commissioning experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• $33‑$43/hour + overtime
• ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)
