Job Title: Journeyman Diesel Truck Mechanic/Technician – First or Second Shift (Butler, Wisconsin)
Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related components in trucks, buses, and other heavy‑duy vehicles.
- Work independently from assignment start to finish, ensuring quality and timely service.
- Mentor peers and provide training on internal systems.
- Identify improvements and respond promptly to service needs.
- Maintain accurate paperwork and quality control records.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a heavy‑duy diesel truck mechanic.
- Valid driver’s license (bonus compensation for CDL holders).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Detroit Diesel engines, specifically GHG
17, and experience with other diesel engine models. - Good work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
