Maintenance Technician

Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Onsite Maintenance Technician for a facility in Brown Deer, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

** Pay Rate:**  $28.00 per hour

** Shift:
** Thursday-Monday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

** Responsibilities:*
* + Perform mechanical and electronic repairs on all equipment, including conveyor systems, printers, and sorting machines.

+ Respond urgently to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.

+ Complete preventative maintenance according to TQM and vendor standards.

+ Escalate serious equipment issues to the Lead Technician as appropriate.

+ Stay up-to-date by reviewing and utilizing vendor technical manuals and updates on equipment modifications.

+ Mentor and assist other site technicians as needed.

+ Use inventory, PM schedule, and work order systems; maintain spare parts and supply inventory.

+ Trouble-shoot and assess equipment problems, executing repairs quickly and effectively.

+ Perform all additional assigned duties as required.

** Requirements:*
* + Previous experience with mechanical and electronic maintenance (preferred).

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.

+ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Willingness to work the Thursday-Monday second shift.
