A&P Mechanic (Weekend Shift) – Milwaukee, WI

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) mechanic or Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) with Textron Aviation.

• Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models.
• Perform a variety of mechanical tasks including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery.
• Carry out engine run‑ups, troubleshoot, inspect, and repair turbine engines.
• Complete airframe system and component changes, system checkouts, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines.
• Utilize tools such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.

• High school education or GED required.
• A&P license required.
• Knowledge of 100‑hour, annual, and progressive inspection procedures as per FAR 43.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with diversified jet, turboprop, piston, modification, or aircraft/flight maintenance.
