Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
- Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment.
- Travel 80‑90% to various locations, including hospitals and industrial facilities.
- Provide second‑tier support for desktops, laptops, telecommunications, and retail POS systems.
- Support commissioning, commissioning, and retrofits for in‑factory equipment.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships and professional rapport.
- Experience as a Field Technician, Field Engineer, or Service Technician.
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
- Independent, self‑directed work style suitable for demanding environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Effective communication with customers and team members.
- Industrial maintenance background preferred.
$19.00 – $35.00 hourly, $68,000 – $83,200 yearly.
LocationMilwaukee, WI (travel required, 90+% travel).
