Job : 41369
Looking for strong multi-craft techs who are open to either 1st or 2nd shift. Looking for someone with 480V, PLCS, VFDS, etc.
Shift times: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM.
Hourly pay: $29.52 - $34 + $2 shift differential.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems in a fast‑paced production environment. This role requires strong mechanical and basic electrical skills, the ability to work independently, and experience supporting preventative maintenance programs.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
- Repair and maintain conveyors, pumps, piping, plumbing, and material handling equipment.
- Maintain packaging equipment, including case erectors, case sealers, and palletizers.
- Assist with installation and startup of new equipment.
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting on 110V, 220V, and 480V systems.
- Support liquid filling equipment and general facility maintenance.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and complete maintenance documentation.
- Train and mentor entry‑level maintenance technicians.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Experience with:
- Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs
- Conveyors and material handling systems
- Pipe fitting, pumps, and plumbing repairs
- Packaging equipment (case erectors, case sealers, palletizers)
- Liquid filling equipment
- General building maintenance
- Basic electrical experience with 110V, 220V, and 480V systems.
- Ability to read work instructions, use a computer for maintenance documentation, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
