Audio / Video Technician job waukee, WI.
We’re hiring Audio/Video Technicians to install and service residential and light commercial AV systems. This role focuses on hands‑on installation, system setup, and delivering high‑quality customer experiences across a variety of technology solutions.
What You’ll Do- Install and service audio/video systems including TVs, speakers, and home theater setups
- Perform whole‑home audio, video surveillance, WiFi networking, and automation installations
- Mount TVs, install racks, run wiring, and terminate low‑voltage cabling
- Test, troubleshoot, and fine‑tune systems to ensure proper operation
- Communicate with customers regarding system use and basic maintenance
- Experience as an audio/video or low‑voltage technician preferred
- Knowledge of AV systems, networking, and low‑voltage wiring
- Ability to read basic system layouts and follow installation plans
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional, customer‑facing communication skills
