The Service Technician role is a field‑based position working on customer sites across a diverse commercial base, including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing, Education, and Offices.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with team leader, project manager and customers to plan and execute on‑site installations and repairs.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing, repairing and commissioning HVAC systems.
- Use cutting‑edge software and hand tools to follow blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Maintain safety and security standards, record asset usage, and perform any necessary overtime, weekend, or overnight work.
- Continuously enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain accountability of company‑issued assets.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required);
Technical School or formal HVAC training preferred. - Five or more years of HVAC service experience.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computer devices.
- Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months without major violations.
- EPA certification.
- Must be able to work field‑based and travel to customer locations.
- Hourly base pay range: $23.80 – $43.85.
