JLL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep critical building systems running smoothly across commercial properties in Triangle Park, NC. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and collaborate with property managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure peak performance.
The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus the ability to read blueprints and lift up to 50 pounds. On-site, M-F, with on-call rotation every three weeks.
