Position: Regional Maintenance Supervisor (59084)

Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Our Regional Maintenance Supervisors supports the Regional Maintenance Manager and their region of properties which are currently located in Southeast WI, IL and a few scattered properties just outside of Milwaukee County. You don't necessarily have a home property but you support a whole region of properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all maintenance activities across multiple properties within the regions, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
  • Visit IL properties weekly and may have overnight stays in IL if working consecutive days.
  • Lead, train, and mentor on‑site maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure the long‑term health and functionality of all building systems and equipment.
  • Provide hands‑on support for complex maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
  • Assist with preparation and monitoring of property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
General Requirements
  • At least 5 years of residential maintenance is required.
  • EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification or higher is required.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance are required.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building maintenance principles including standard practices and methods of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances, swimming pools, plowing and HVAC.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance such as but not limited to electric drills & saws, volt and gas meters, key machine, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders etc.
  • Builds trust and communicate effectively within property, across company departments and in the community.
  • Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
Schedule

Full‑time hours, including weekends as needed.
