IQ Resource Group is hiring Assembly/Service Technicians for a leading manufacturer of custom commercial mixing and automation equipment in Hartland, WI. This role offers a unique blend of advanced mechanical assembly and field service work, allowing candidates to see projects through from initial build to final installation. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to travel for customer installations.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced assembly experience
• Ability to understand and complete complex machine builds from start to finish
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working directly with engineers, maintenance teams, and customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to travel as required for customer installations

• Experience building commercial food processing, restaurant, or industrial food equipment
• Knowledge of food industry sanitary standards and requirements
• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP principles, contamination control, and sanitary design practices
• Understanding of precision fabrication, weld quality, and sanitary finishes
