Job Title: Lead HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00/hour ($83,200 - $93,600/year Base + Overtime)

Location: Greater Milwaukee Area (Take-home truck provided - dispatch from home)

They handle a mix of light commercial work, commercial projects, and occasional residential service work. They have a steady backlog of work and need a dependable, senior-level tech who can work independently.

• Assigned Take-Home Truck: Fully stocked van provided on day one. Skip the daily shop commute and dispatch straight from your driveway to local commercial sites.
• Zero Micromanagement: If you have the skills, they trust you to run your calls without someone looking over your shoulder.

• 3+ years of diagnostic commercial HVAC experience (RTUs, Split Systems, & Make-up Air).
• EPA certification & a clean driving record.
• The ability to run calls independently and talk to clients like a pro.

• Take-Home Van/Truck (fully stocked).
• 10 days starting PTO + 5 paid holidays.
