White Lodging is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Milwaukee to perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs, including guest room calls. You will follow procedures for repairs, alterations, and installations, while working safely and neatly and documenting all work performed.
You will assist the Chief Engineer, identify and fix mechanical failures (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), read blueprints, and communicate with supervisors.
