Electrician

Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking an Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Electrical Systems team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Pay Range: $38.52 - $44.32

Shift: M-F 3rd Shift – 10:30pm – 6:30am

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and electrical equipment according to established procedures.
• Conduct startup and shutdown procedures for equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Visually inspect and test electrical machinery and systems to identify issues.
• Dismantle, inspect, and replace defective electrical components and machinery parts.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex industrial control systems, including instrumentation and power distribution equipment.

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, codes, and safety standards such as NEC and arc flash safety.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical problems.
• Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing panels, fixtures, and industrial controls.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, manuals, and specifications.
