Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed;
Operates and monitors and maintains basic Utility System Infrastructure;
Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems;
Supports the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision
