Perform finish carpentry work on new high-end luxury apartment projects, including installing trim on walls, doors, windows, and cabinets;
Hang interior doors and install cabinets with precise alignment, secure fastening, and clean finishing;
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans to determine layout, dimensions, and materials required;
Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal, and other framing and finish materials accurately according to specifications;
Perform rough carpentry tasks as needed, including framing for floors, walls, roofs, and staircases
