Journeyman Plumber

If you're a licensed Journeyman Plumber with residential service experience and enjoy solving problems, working independently, and providing excellent customer service, we'd like to hear from you. • $38 to $50 per hour, based on experience

• Production pay opportunities

• $5,000 sign-on bonus

  • $2,500 after 6 months of active employment

  • $2,500 after 12 months of active employment

• Full-time schedule, typically 40 to 45 hours per week

• Monday through Friday schedule with optional overtime

• Perform residential plumbing service calls

• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems

• Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems

• Explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners

• Manage your daily schedule and service appointments

• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle

• Deliver professional, high-quality service in a fast-paced residential environment

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or the ability to obtain one

• At least 3 years of residential plumbing service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls

• Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Willingness to relocate to the Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin area
