We're partnering with an established commercial roofing contractor that's looking for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman to lead commercial service and repair work throughout the Greater Milwaukee area.
With a growing backlog of projects and repeat customers, they're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading crews, and taking ownership of every project they touch.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll take the lead on:
- Commercial roof repairs
- Service calls
- Leak investigations
- Preventative maintenance
- Small commercial projects
- Occasional residential work
You'll coordinate crews, communicate with customers, maintain quality, and make sure every project is completed safely and professionally.
We're Looking For Someone Who...- Has at least 2 years of roofing experience
- Has at least 1 year leading crews
- Understands commercial roofing systems
- Knows EPDM, TPO, and other flat roof applications
- Leads by example
- Takes ownership instead of making excuses
Commercial roofing service experience is ideal, but experienced residential foremen with exceptional leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
