EMCOR Group is seeking a versatile Facilities Maintenance Technician to service commercial properties across the Milwaukee area. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs, using trades such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and HVAC to meet client requirements. A company van, tools, and travel to sites are provided.
You will complete work orders, document service reports, and maintain safety standards while delivering excellent customer service to our diverse client base.
