Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are currently hiring for commercial and residential carpenters for upcoming and on-going projects throughout Wisconsin. Pay is $25 - $35 per hour based on experience and skillset.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to assemble and install residential and commercial structures
• Construct, install, repair, and modify frameworks – wood and metal, framing, and support systems for residential and commercial buildings
• Install and finish interior elements such as drywall, acoustic ceilings, doors, windows, cabinetry, and interior trim
• Perform precise measurements and layout work to ensure proper fit and alignment of all components
• Install commercial flooring, roofing systems, siding, insulation, and other building envelope elements
• Operate and maintain a variety of power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering strictly to OSHA and company safety policies

• 3+ years of proven experience as a carpenter on commercial and/or residential projects
• OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus but not required
