What You'llDoThisroleisapproximatelya
50/50splitbetweenofficecoordinationandfieldsupport.
- Schedule approximately
30maintenanceandservicecallseachweekacrossmultiplefieldtechnicians - Coordinatetechnicianscheduleswhilebalancingcustomerprioritiesandemergencyrequests
- Communicatewithcustomersregardingappointments,timelines,andserviceupdates
- Prepare quotes,work orders,andassistwithinvoicing
- Ensuretechnicianshavetheinformationandresourcesneededforsuccessfulservicecalls
- Trainalongsideexperiencedtechniciansperformingpredictivemaintenanceandequipmentinspections
- Traveltocustomerfacilitiesthroughouttheregion
- Assistwithtroubleshootingandevaluatingindustrialmechanicalequipment
- Learnspecializedpredictivemaintenancetechniques,includingvibrationanalysis
- Developintoanindependentfieldtechnicianovertime

Ourcustomersincludeutilities,watertreatmentfacilities,paper mills,hospitals,andothercriticalinfrastructurethatoperate
24/7.Becauseofthis,occasionalweekendoremergencyschedulingsupportmayberequired.
