Part time repair technician

Job Title

The Tub Doctors, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in fiberglass repair, auto body work, boat repair, construction or someone who enjoys hands-on work and is willing to learn a specialized trade.

• Repair fiberglass units, bathtubs, showers and shower pan
• Repair chips, cracks, holes and other surface damage
• Match textures and ensure repairs blend seamlessly with existing surfaces
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, other contractors and team members
• Complete required paperwork and take before-and-after photos as needed
• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures

• Experience with fiberglass repairs, auto body repair, marine repair or related trade is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to travel to job sites
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in residential/commercial environments

Part-time (approximately 15-30 hours per week) Flexible weekday hours Monday-Friday No weekends required
