$45–$55/hour, based on experience
You know concrete. You know how to lead a crew. Now we're looking for someone who can help us build what's next.
An established and growing Southeast Wisconsin paving and concrete contractor is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to become a key leader within its concrete operation.
This isn't a position for someone who has simply been around concrete.
We're looking for someone who knows finished exterior concrete
, takes pride in the work, and can take ownership in the field.
- 10+ years of concrete experience preferred
- Exterior flatwork
- Parking lots
- Curb & gutter
- Sidewalks
- Concrete paving
- Direct finishing experience
- Proven crew leadership
- Strong understanding of grades, layout, quality, and jobsite execution
If most of your experience has been interstate/barrier work, footings and walls, or large interior floor pours, this probably isn't the right fit.
But if you've spent your career delivering high-quality exterior concrete work and know how to get the best out of a crew, we'd like to talk.
